How to get a Job in the Mines?​

• Other Mining Support Services (62,000)
• Coal Mining (44,800)
• Oil & Gas Extraction (21,900)

• Non-Metallic Mineral Mining & Quarrying (4,900)

Metal ore mining is by far the largest sector, with most jobs located in Western Australia. The mining and resources industry employs many skilled workers across the country, and while a large number of them require experience in the mines, there are entry level mining jobs available.
