We’re bridging tradies and top businesses to benefit each
Our clients are always looking for technical blue collar workers to join their team. The skills and practical hands-on ability of job seekers in trades and services are in demand.
Tradies are absolutely integral to Australia's workforce and economy, maintaining and creating new infrastructure, homes, and places of work every day. The expert recruitment team at TRS Resourcing knows this, and we’re passionate about helping job seekers and employers secure the jobs and workers they need.
The trades and services industry is one of the most diverse in today's job market. From Electricians to Boilermakers, Machinists to Assemblers, we work with a vast network of qualified professionals to connect them with Australian businesses. Our candidates are trained, certified, and vetted, ensuring they not only fit the specific needs of employers but also represent the highest standard of their trade.
Trades and services industry outlook 2021-2026
Projected growth in trades and services occupations.
In the 2021-2026 period, Australia’s technicians and trades workers occupational group is projected to grow by 6.1%, equivalent to 108,600 new jobs, according to the National Skills Commission. Meanwhile, the labourers occupational group is set to grow by 6.9%, equivalent to 77,800 new jobs, while machinery operators and drivers will grow by 4.7%, or 39,700 jobs.
Although this news is overall positive for the industry, Australia’s economy as a whole is transitioning away from products and towards services. Nurses, software analysts, human resource managers, and roles such as these will be experiencing far greater growth, and evidence of this transition can be seen in the fact that the number of Plant Operators, Engineering Production Workers, and Machine Operators are all projected to decrease by 2026.
