Client Relationship Manager
Anthea is a long standing member of the TRS Resourcing team in Melbourne and in her role as Client Relationship Manager, Anthea is the first point of contact for both new and existing clients.
She identifies businesses actively hiring, develops new relationships and builds new connections, making sure every client’s requirements and needs are heard, understood and received with fast and professional responses, whether they’ve worked with TRS before or new to hearing of us.
Anthea manages the full client engagement process ensuring every opportunity is captured and handed to the recruitment team ready to act on. For existing TRS clients, she stays close to their hiring needs, gathering feedback, taking job orders, and coordinating with our recruiters to get the right people in front of the right businesses.
Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and genuine care for the people she works with make her one of the best and a consistent reason clients enjoy working with TRS.
