- Strong Focus on Safety, Compliance, and Customer Relations: Proven track record in driving HSE compliance, fostering clean and safe workplace cultures, managing customer relationships, and handling high-stakes service delivery and conflict resolution.
- Team Management & Talent Development: Experienced in staff recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluation, and building national teams across multiple states, with direct leadership of teams exceeding 30 personnel.
- Technical and Administrative Proficiency: Skilled in service scheduling systems (e.g., Texada, Navman TN360), warranty processing, fleet compliance, budgeting, reporting, supplier contract negotiation, and plant/equipment history documentation.
- Educational Background and Certifications: Holds a Diploma in Automotive Business Management, Certificate III in Heavy Road Transport, and Certificate II in Automotive Studies, complemented by hands-on mechanical experience from apprentice to supervisory level.

Project Manager
- Delivered end-to-end project management for multiple commercial fit-out and construction projects valued up to $7 million, overseeing planning, approvals, budgeting, procurement, and close-out stages.
- Led multi-project portfolios with up to 6 concurrent projects across different lifecycle stages, ensuring timely delivery through programme management tools like MS Project and Monday.com.
- Managed complex stakeholder and compliance coordination, including interactions with government bodies for permits, DA/CDC, heritage approvals, and ensuring adherence to BCA and Australian Standards.
- Directed procurement and contract processes, including tender documentation, scope development, contract negotiations, and engagement of contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Applied architectural expertise in earlier roles by producing detailed design documentation, conducting site supervision, and managing sub-contractors and quality assurance across residential and commercial projects.
