A Strong Automotive Background That Translates to Recruitment

Trent joined TRS Resourcing in November, bringing more than 14 years of hands-on experience from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) automotive industry.

His career began in motorsport, working with professional support teams across Formula Ford, Porsche Carrera Cup and Development Supercars. From there, he transitioned into dealership environments with respected brands including Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz, progressing through roles as a technician, quality controller and service advisor.

Trent has lived, worked and breathed the automotive industry and he understands workshop pressures, service department demands, KPIs, downtime, customer expectations and the impact the wrong hire can have on productivity and reputation.

This experience gives Trent credibility. It also allows him to have practical, informed conversations with both employers and candidates that go far beyond what’s written on a CV.
