Trent Couacaud joins TRS Resourcing this November as an Recruitment Consultant, bringing more than 14 years of hands on experience from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) automotive industry.
Starting his career in motorsport, Trent worked with leading support teams across Formula Ford, Porsche Carrera Cup, and Development Supercars before moving into dealership environments with Audi, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz. He progressed from technician to quality controller and then service advisor.
With this background, Trent brings real industry understanding to the recruitment process within his niche. He knows what it takes to find dependable, skilled staff who fit both technically and culturally into the industries he is working with.
At TRS Resourcing, Trent will support recruitment across Victoria’s automotive dealerships, truck dealerships, including panel beating shops and rental equipment operations, connecting businesses with qualified tradespeople, technicians, and service professionals.
