Vineyard Hand / 
Grounds Maintenance Operative


TRS Resourcing is looking for more experienced ground maintenance workers to fill two immediate positions at our client's Chittering Valley Winery. We work with this group across several of their businesses, and due to this ongoing successful relationship, we need to recruit more staff at their winery.


We need at least two candidates with experience operating commercial farming equipment as the successful candidates will work across the whole winery operations.


We are looking for candidates who have availability Monday to Friday over the next 3 - 6 months, but our client has told us they may offer full-time work after this initial period with TRS Resourcing.

Holding the following experience and skill set will be an advantage:
  • Farming experience, in particular with irrigation would be ideal.
    Someone that can learn the vineyard requirements: pumps, irrigation, fertigation, bores.
  • Retic Repair
  • Weed Spraying
  • Fencing
  • Mowing
  • Vehicle Pre Checks
  • Equipment Operation (Tractors, Loaders, Mini Excavators)
The successful candidates must be able to supply the following.
  • Reference contact details of two past employers
  • Based already in Perth, Western Australia
  • Have the right to work in Australia
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Own Vehicle Car
