Grounds Maintenance Operative / Farm Hand

Due to the successful working relationship with this client TRS Resourcing is currently looking for more experienced ground's maintenance workers, for an immediate start at our Client's winery located in the Chittering Valley.


We need several candidates who have previous experience operating a commercial grass slasher. The successful candidates will be slashing the grass between vineyard rows (using our client’s equipment) ahead of the grapevines being pruned by a contractor.


We need candidates who are available Monday to Friday for the next  6 Months however our client has told us that there could be ongoing work available five days a week after the initial 6 Month Period if the candidate holds some or all the following experience/skillset and passes a successful probation period:
  • Retic Repair
  • Weed Spraying
  • Fencing
  • Mowing
  • Vehicle Pre Checks
  • Equipment Operation (Tractors, Loaders, Mini Excavators)
The successful candidates must be able to supply the following:
  • Reference contact details of two past employers
  • Horticulture/Agriculture Certificate
  • Based already in Perth Western Australia
  • Have the right to work in Australia
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Own Vehicle / Car
