Transport Account Manager/Customer Service
TRS Resourcing is on the lookout for Transport Account Managers/Customer Service people for our Wharf Transport Client in Truganina, Victoria. The role is permanent full-time 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday with a salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 + Super.
Reporting to the customer service supervisor, a customer service rep/account manager is the primary link between clients and the operation. The main objective is to coordinate deliveries and collections with clients as well as respond to daily enquiries via both email and telephone.
Responsibilities include:
  • Job entry into the operating system
  • Accepting and entering job instructions from clients, updating delivery details
  • Working with import coordinators and fleet controllers to ensure that client requests are met

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Workplace health and safety

  • Experience in the freight forwarding or transport industry preferred
