Trainer / Demonstrator


TRS Resourcing has been tasked with sourcing a trainer / demonstrator for our client based in Bassendean, WA 6054. Our client specialise in the manufacture of vehicles such as sweepers and cleaning equipment. 

The successful applicant will conduct training as required for staff to ensure staff are competent in operating equipment and are trained to act in accordance with legislative requirements. You will be assisting in the preparation and submission of relevant proposals, tenders, quotes, reports and other projects in a timely manner. Participating in sales and marketing activities and events including attending trade shows and other customer functions

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:   
  • Undertaking regular product presentation and demonstration program
  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of relevant proposals, tenders etc
  • Identify customers’ safety and product training needs
  • Resolution of sales and customer queries
  • Conduct training for other staff 
Preferences for this position are: 
  • Experience with heavy vehicle repair
  • Trade qualification (Automotive Mechanical, Electrical, Mechanical Fitting etc.)
  • Cert IV in Training
  • Heavy Rigid drivers licence
