The Position

TRS Resourcing is looking for two Trainee Recruitment Consultants to start our intake for 2023. You will report directly to the founding director (Tavis Shearer), who has almost 21 years of experience in the recruitment industry, working from our Docklands office.

You will be responsible for sourcing and screening various technical blue-collar or 3pl Logistics roles across Melbourne from multiple sources and developing your client pipeline over time. To be a success at TRS Resourcing, you will be resilient, self-motivated and hold a desire to achieve results.

You are building your desk at TRS Resourcing which you can call your own. Tavis and the TRS management team will support you with proven recruitment strategies to help you succeed in this position.

This job would suit someone who understands the importance of voice tonality and holds excellent time management and digital/computer IT skills.

We are open to looking at candidates from all sales backgrounds, travel agent/travel industry, etc. Full training will be provided. The 13-week training program ensures you have the best foundation for success.
