Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Founded in 2017, TRS Resourcing has grown from humble beginnings from one desk operations in Carlton, supplying mostly highly skilled trades to the blue-collar manufacturing sectors. To now have offices located in Melbourne & Perth providing candidates to our existing and ever-growing client base.

TRS Resourcing has always understood the power of social media and email marketing. Thus, we have our own in-house employed Social Media and Branding Manager to promote TRS Resourcing to the market.
The Position

Our second new role within 12months now exists with our Melbourne Team for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Reporting directly to the founding director of close to 20 years experience in the recruitment industry, working from our newly built/completed Dockland’s office.

You will be responsible for sourcing and screening mostly tradespeople for various technical blue-collar roles across South East Melbourne from various sources and developing your client pipeline with time. To be a success at TRS Resourcing will be resilience, self-motivation and hold a desire to achieve

You are building your blue-collar desk in the South East area of Melbourne that you can call your own, with our full training support of our management team and proven recruitment strategies to help you become successful at TRS Resourcing.

This position would suit someone who understands the importance of voice tonality in the recruitment/sales process and holds excellent time management and digital/computer skills.

We are open to looking at candidates from all sales backgrounds, real estate, travel agent/travel industry as full training will be provided on TRS Resourcing processes by the founding director Tavis Shearer.
