Join Our Team as a Trade Assistant in Melbourne

TRS Resourcing, a reputable recruitment company, is currently seeking trade assistant trainees to fill positions in our team of fitters, welders, and other skilled professionals.

We are looking for individuals with mechanical aptitude and a positive "can-do attitude." The ideal candidate should have basic welding skills and previous experience in the concrete industry, which will be highly advantageous.

You will be working on large Steel equipment, concreting machinery, and other industrial equipment.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Experience in a workshop setting
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Basic welding skills
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
