Fabrication Workshop

TRS Resourcing was asked to find and screen several trade qualified Industrial Spray Painters who can quickly paint excavators, conveyor belts or skid steer attachments in accordance with our client's standards.
  
As a company based in the South/Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, our client's requirements are for an additional Industrial Spray Painter who can start immediately.
  
We require candidates who can demonstrate the following skillset:
  • Spray paint attachments based on instructions on each Job Card
  • Colour match and mix paints as per the trailer build specification
  • Read job card thoroughly
  • Set out and interpret workshop drawings / build specification sheet
  • Ability to prioritise work tasks
  • Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team when required
  • Have a mechanical aptitude
To be considered for this position, you must be able to provide the following:
  • Reference contact details of two past employers
  • Based already in Melbourne Victoria
  • Have the correct right to work in Australia
  • Spray Painter Trade qualification
Given the nature of this position, at this stage, we can only review candidates who hold suitable experience with Industrial equipment spray painting.
In order to comply with the Victorian Government Chief Health Officer Directions, workers will be required to show evidence to their employer of having had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
