Operations Manager

TRS Resourcing has been tasked with Sourcing and Screening experienced Operations Managers for our 3PL Clothing Client in Truganina, Vic, 3029. The role is Permanent full-time with a salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 Depending on experience.
  
What are we looking for?
Responsible for the daily operations of the site, The Operations Manager will take accountability for the resolution of complex operational and logistical challenges and uphold regulatory and legislative compliance whilst building an efficient and capable team. 

You are a respected, hands on leader that thrives on a good challenge and that goes above and beyond in everything you do. You are all about the numbers, you have a knack for investigations and devising solutions to improve processes, and you are all about the customer.  
  
What will you do (but not limited to)?
The Operations Manager is expected to ensure the successful operation of a site, encompassing safety, customer service SLA achievement, and direct cost performance through operational excellence.
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound SLAs are met daily
  • Investigations, escalations and reporting to stakeholders
  • Manage site profit and loss and MBWA
  • Complete administrative tasks
  • Team Management, performance reviews and reward management
  • Stakeholder engagement, meetings and reviews
  • Manage labour planning, performance and productivity reviews
  • Drive onsite continuous improvement, optimisation, site projects and safety
  • Inventory management 
  • Development and maintenance of 5S onsite   
What skills/Qualifications will you have?
  • 5 years+ operational warehouse leadership experience within 3PL/consumer goods/ecommerce sector
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Well-developed planning, organisational and analytical skills
  • Stakeholder Management and Problem-solving
  • Relationship building and people skills
