Office Manager

TRS Resourcing has been tasked with Sourcing & Screening suitable Office Managers for our client, a well-respected freight company in Tullamarine, Victoria. The role is Permanent Full-time paying $70,000 - $75,000 + Super depending on experience. The ideal candidates will have previous freight administration experience (including processing PADs & Payroll).

The Job
  • Supporting the completion of digitisation initiatives across the office/business
  • Acting as the conduit for all corporate stakeholders ensuring consistent communication between each company division.
  • Manage and facilitate office processes and procedures.
  • Procure and manage office supplies, including stationery, kitchen supplies and office furniture.
  • Support the recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of administration employees when required.
The Candidate

It is essential the successful candidate holds excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite, holds previous Freight Administration experience, and has a clean driver's license.
