MYOB Bookkeeper

TRS Resourcing is sourcing and screening for a newly qualified XERO Book Keeper to join one of our commercial insurance brokerage clients close to the Perth CBD. Having worked with this insurance brokerage for several years. We have built up an excellent understanding of their requirements and operational structure.

To facilitate continuing their growth, they have an opportunity for a new qualified MYOB trained Bookkeeper to join their in-house accounting-based team. You will be responsible for a broad range of support and administration functions. In particular, you'll help the section out with:
  • Helping Processing payroll
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Reimbursement of Company expenses
  • BAS Preparation
The successful applicant will have the following:
  • Qualification in accounting/bookkeeping
  • 1-2 years experience
  • Excellent communication skills & be an active team player
  • Previous experience preparing financial statements, business activity statements & GST payments (ideally)
  • Ambition to succeed and be able to work autonomously with a great work ethic
  • Previous experience in MYOB, Microsoft Office Suite
