Mechanical Fitters 
New Build Municipal Vehicles

TRS Resourcing was asked to source and screen mechanical fitters for our client's day shift building Municipal Vehicles Equipment. A qualification is desired but not a requirement; experience will do! 

Our client is an industry leader in Australia's Municipal Vehicles construction sector based in Clayton. With a very healthy pipeline of new and repeat business, they now need to increase their workforce. Due to the large size of this company, there is opportunity for career progression. There is also an afternoon shift available! 


To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Running pneumatic airlines and mounting componentry
  • Fault finding electrical issues
  • Service, repair, and maintain the equipment requirements for  Municipal Vehicles Equipment and associated Equipment compliance with all relevant standards and road transport guidelines
  • Set out and interpret workshop/engineering drawings
  • Have the ability to prioritise work tasks
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Hold a mechanical aptitude
