Field Service Technician/Mechanical Fitter
Equipment Hire

TRS Resourcing is sourcing and screening for suitable and trade-qualified Mechanical Fitters for our client, who is well-known in the equipment hire industry. This position will provide in-house and field repair and maintenance support to a client base of Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Skid Steer Loaders, Compaction and associated Earthmoving Equipment.

With a very healthy new and repeat business pipeline, they need to increase their workforce.  This is a full-time permanent position with plenty of overtime!
  
To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Onsite mechanical and electrical troubleshooting 
  • Repair and maintenance of engine assemblies, transmissions, hydraulics, and other machine-based components
  • Previous experience in field service and mechanical work
  • Have the ability to prioritise work tasks
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Hold a mechanical aptitude
