Industrial Spray Painter
Truck Trailer & Dumper Truck Bodies

 TRS Resourcing has been asked to source and screen several suitable trades qualified Industrial Spray Painters for the two-pack painting of new build truck trailers.

Our client's workshop is in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne; they have requirements for an additional two Industrial Spray Painters who can start ASAP.

We require candidates who can demonstrate the following skillset:
  • Sand (Pre-Prep) and Mask off to a professional high standard
  • Colour match and mix paints as per the trailer build specification
  • Hold three years or more experience in industrial two-pack spray painting, trucks (including Chassis), trailer bodies and or agricultural equipment would be ideal
  • Applying primer and finishing coats using an HVLP spray gun
  • Set out and interpret workshop drawings / build specification sheet
  • Ability to prioritise work tasks
  • Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team when required
  • Have a mechanical aptitude
To be considered for this position, you must be able to provide the following:
  • Reference contact details of two past employers
  • Based already in Melbourne Victoria
  • Have the correct right to work in Australia
  • Spray Painter Trade qualification (Ideally)
Given the nature of this position, at this stage, we can only review candidates who hold relevant experience with Industrial equipment spray painting.
