Field Service Technicians 
Municipal Equipment

TRS Resourcing was asked to source and screen experienced field service technicians for our clients' day shift (early and late day shifts available), servicing & repairing Municipal Equipment, including hydraulic & technical Systems. You have the choice of a full-time permanent position (pay rate up to $47 per hour N/T + Super & O/T based on experience) or being on a casual contract with a pay rate of $51.75 per hour N/T + Super & O/T. 

Our client is a company who has been at the forefront of Australia's Municipal Vehicle industry for years. They are now looking to increase their Technical Workforce to serve their customer base across New South Wales. The work includes new build, repair, warranty work, and maintenance on truck bodies, compactors, street sweepers and more! 

You must be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Fault finding
  • New build, Service, Repair, and Maintain municipal equipment (waste trucks, waste compactors)
  • Interpret workshop drawings & repair manuals
  • Have the ability to prioritise work tasks
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Hold a mechanical aptitude

  • Based already in Sydney, New South Wales
  • Have the correct right to work in Australia
  • Mechanic or Mechanical Fitter Trade qualification (Desirable) 
  • Own Tools Required
