Executive Assistant

We have worked with this Perth based insurance brokerage for several years. We have built up an excellent understanding of their requirements and operational structure.

The Managing Director now needs to employ an Executive Assistant to help with daily tasks that will assist the MD to keep the current company vision on track.

The Company

Our client is a multi-generational family-owned and operated insurance brokerage business. They have built up an impressive Australian broad client base, using their core values of excellent customer service, trust, and integrity to build this firm into a large independent insurance brokerage.

The Job

This position will be primarily office-based. However, there will be a diverse range of duties that could include client site visits, working with their social media manager on social posting strategy, gathering monthly reports from the management team and diary/workflow management. 
The MD has instructed TRS Resourcing that the weekly hours of this position will be varied, and depending on workloads, there will be after-hours work required, but some weeks, the workload will be a lot lighter.
The Candidate

It is essential the successful candidate holds excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite, hold previous EA experience, and be prepared to have a Federal Police Clearance / full background check done (at TRS Resourcing cost) as there will be a company-issued credit card for related company expenses as part of this job.
