Diesel Mechanics
Afternoon shift 

TRS Resourcing is currently recruiting Diesel Mechanics for new build, servicing and preventive maintenance works of Municipal Vehicles.

Reporting to the workshop manager based at the workshop in Keysborough, this position is offered at a casual rate of $63.25 Per Hour + Super & Overtime. Alternatively, a day shift is available at $55 per hour + Super & O/T. 

We are looking for candidates who have worked with the daily maintenance requirements of commercial vehicles; however, we are happy to look at candidates who have worked on passenger vehicles, agriculture, civil and or fixed plant equipment.
  
Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Diagnosis and fault finding
  • Service, repair, and maintain the equipment requirements for  Municipal Vehicles (waste trucks, waste compactors)
  • Interpret workshop drawings & repair manuals
  • Ability to prioritise work tasks
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Have a mechanical aptitude
