TRS Resourcing is looking for a suitably qualified Claims Manager - Workers Compensation to join their client's team based on the edge of the Perth CBD. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of worker's compensation claims management, and be working closely with an established team.

The Company

Our client is a multi-generational family-owned insurance brokerage business. They have built up an impressive Australian broad client base, using their core values of excellent customer service, trust, and integrity to build this firm into a large independent insurance brokerage.


The Job

This position will be office-based, assisting the worker's compensation team with the Stakeholders’ relationship management. Our client has an exciting growth period ahead and they need to increase their small team.

The Candidate

It is essential the successful candidate holds excellent working knowledge (min 2 years experience) of the Workers Compensation Management (Either Broker or Insurance Company side) and be prepared to have a Federal Police Clearance / full background check done (at TRS Resourcing cost). 


Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Excellent working knowledge (min 2 years experience) of the Workers Compensation Management
  • Proactively manage the ongoing assessment of claims
  • Producing claim reports for Senior Manager, Brokers or clients
  • Manage Return to Work Process
