Residential/Commercial Fitout

Our client is a well known Perth based Residential & Commercial building Contractor, who requires several Commercial Joinery Installers / 2nd fix carpenters for their builds that are across the Perth Metro area. Some of these projects have started now and will run well into 2020. (We think there is at least 6months work there)

We need trade qualified carpenters that have at least two years experience - post trade qualification.

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following experience and skill set:
  • Interpret site drawings
  • Install Joinery
  • 2nd Fix Carpentry (Including Doors)
  • Ceiling Fixing / Install Ceiling Grid Systems
  • Cladding 
  • Able to set out and construct stud walls
  • Wall Sheeting
  • Have a Commitment to safety and quality of your install work
  • Ability to work unsupervised
"Holding previous commercial fix out or commercial, construction experience preferred for these positions."

  • Carpenter trade qualification
  • Own tools (FULL KIT)
  • Own PPE (To Start With)
