Our client has asked TRS Resourcing to source and screen suitable Customer Service Assistants for a full-time permanent position. Our client, based in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, requires a candidate with sound administrative skills & commitment to customer service.

The key aspects of the role are assisting customers with their technical enquiries, troubleshooting and advising justification on warranty claims.

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Have previous customer service experience
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Previous exposure to warranty claims
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Have a background/understanding in electrical, refrigeration & engineering
To be considered for this position, you must also provide the following:
  • Reference contact details of two past employers
  • Based already in Melbourne, Victoria
  • Have the right to work in Australia
  • Previous customer service/call centre experience
