Auto Electrician

About the role:

TRS Resourcing has been asked to source and screen suitable trade qualified Auto Electricians to help with Service Trucks, Water Trucks as well as other mining equipment. 

Location and Client:
Based in the South Eastern Suburbs of Perth, our client is an industry leader with a very healthy pipeline of new and repeat business; they now need to increase their workforce, with requirements of at least two new Auto Electricians for the next 6 - 9 months (after six months/26 weeks TRS Resourcing candidates could potentially be shortlisted for a full-time position with our client)
  
Skills and Experience:
  • Fitting mining spec harnesses, isolators etc. 
  • Building electrical boxes and mounting of components
  • Reading electrical circuits
  • Fault finding electrical issues
  • Fitment of PLC’s
  • Running electrical looms and terminating wiring
Potential Duties:
  • Service, repair, and maintain the electrical requirements
  • Set out and interpret workshop/engineering drawings
  • Have the ability to prioritise work tasks
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Hold a mechanical aptitude

  • Own Tools (Specialist tools supplied)
