Mechanical Fitters - Afternoon Shift
Food Manufacturing Workshop

TRS Resourcing was asked to source and screen qualified mechanical fitters for our client's afternoon shift doing ongoing preventative maintenance in the food industry. 

Located in the workshop in Dandenong, you'll be doing ongoing preventative maintenance, breakdowns and fault finding. The hours are 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm Monday - Friday, with overtime available. Paid at $57.50 per hour + Super and overtime + $30 per day travel allowance on a temp to perm basis.

To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Mounting componentry
  • Fault-finding electrical issues
  • Service, repair, and maintain the equipment as per requirements
  • Set out and interpret workshop/engineering drawings
  • Have the ability to prioritise work tasks
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Hold a mechanical aptitude
