TRS Resourcing has been tasked with finding a suitable and experienced Administration professional for our client's day shift in Dandenong South. This position is within a repair and maintenance company; knowledge or interest in the blue-collar sector is highly favourable. The hours are 9:00 am - 3:00 pm with the option of more flexibility/part-time hours. 

You'll be based out of the head office in Dandenong South with a small friendly team. The main tasks include bookkeeping and invoicing, accounts receivable, banking and reception. You are paid weekly at $40 per hour N/T + Super & O/T on a 6mo temp to permanent basis. Your skills and experience will determine the full-time pay rate after that time. 

To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Generating invoices
  • Issuing weekly payslips
  • Front desk management
  • A good understanding of operating an ERP software system
  • Assisting with preparing job files
  • Handling of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Bookkeeping and banking
  • Accounts receivable  
To be considered for this position, you must be able to provide the following:
  • Reference contact details of two past employers
  • Based already in Melbourne, Victoria
  • Have the right to work in Australia 
  • 4-5 years experience (Desirable)
