I\u2019ve spent much of my career in the automotive industry, working in workshops, service departments, and dealerships. This experience guides how I recruit now.
\nWhen I talk to dealerships, I already know their world. I understand how workshops run, where bottlenecks can happen, and how a bad hire can ruin everything. I bring this experience to my work at TRS Resourcing.<\/p>\n

My main goal is to help car and truck dealerships find reliable, skilled people who truly fit the pace and demands of the job.<\/p>\n
