I recruit daily for freight forwarding roles in Melbourne, and I know how aggressive this market has become. Companies operating in logistics & supply chains are after the same candidates and their skill sets. There\u2019s a challenge to find talent and make sure they are the right fit.<\/p>\n

Melbourne is one of the country\u2019s busiest logistics hubs. The Port of Melbourne is handling close to 40% of Australia\u2019s container trade. In addition to the air freight at Tullamarine, road transport, and warehousing, it does not stop moving!<\/p>\n
