S ResourcingThis year, once again, the Brisbane Truck Expo outdid themselves with a jammed packed successful event. <\/span><\/h2>\n

With well-known exhibitors and some new faces, the show was well worth the trip, according to Hayleigh Woollason – TRS Recruitment Consultant. <\/span><\/p>\n

After hearing about this “epic” show, Brisbane puts on for those involved in the Transport Industry and Truck lovers across the country, Hayleigh decided she would fly up from Melbourne and experience the expo for the first time and see what the talk was all about! Here’s what Hayleigh had to say:<\/span>\u200b<\/p>\n

\u200b\u200b\u200b<\/b>“Visiting the Brisbane Truck Show gave me a better understanding of our clients needs and what exactly it is that the people we recruit do. Visiting the construction equipment was particularly useful as YouTube videos can only help so much! Seeing the different sizes and understanding the operational use of the equipment allows me to develop further as a blue-collar recruiter and be confident in my description of the roles I have. It is also essential for me to support my clients by best understanding their requirements and knowing they can be confident in my industry expertise.”<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n
